Customer service is so great! The workers a so polite to each other and their customers. The drinks look beautiful and taste great. Gave us some cute stickers too! We got a blended shark attack, a dragon slayer rebel, an iced golden eagle, and a tropical tea. Highly recommend all four! They are delicious.
I'm beginning to make this my favorite daily cuppa. The staff is energetic, friendly, and they pay attention. The coffee is good. All in all, a good, well-rounded drive through coffee shop.
This location is truly incredible, but it’s the main reason why I am going to continue to choose Dutch Bros over any other coffee shop. The lady with the blue hair was incredible and was able to talk me and advise me on my drink order. The lady with the nose piercing was the one that took my order and was extremely patient on my indecisiveness of my order. This level of service is not your typical coffee shop. It’s of a hospitality management service. Incredible and I absolutely commend the entire staff at this location. Thank you so much to Dutch Bros for choosing intelligent and compassionate people to represent themselves because in today’s society, that’s probably the most important thing than the actual product and also the coffee is DELICIOUS!!!!!!!
You know, year ago I made vowed that I would never ever be one of those people who would spend 5 to 7 dollars on a coffee drink. So what am I doing here? Ever since I tried the Flp Jack Mocha I loved it. Then I said, “fine” once a month I will treat my self to a flap jack mocha. Well I am afraid that the time gap has gotten to once a week and soon it may be every day!

Rainy cold day called for warm
Coffee. Tried Dutch Bros Chai tea … a little sweet for my taste buds but light and rich . Employees were respectful and pleasant. I will go back 🥰
Great coffee, great atmosphere, and really friendly people. They are greet and talk to you like they want to be there and are happy to see you. not snobby like other places like their parents made them get up and get a job.
I am a cold brew guy and Dutch Bros is the only place in Tulsa that I've found that consistently makes cold brew that isn't bitter and has a good flavor profile. And I appreciate the staff asking questions about how my day is going. The questions are very surface level, but they always seem genuine.
I love everything about Dutch Bros. I love their coffee and they always have the most incredible employees. My interaction with them on Friday 2/18 changed how I will feel about them forever.
I had a 14 year old pug who had cancer. We had to put her to sleep only 10 days after finding the tumor. It was awful. This dog was my baby.
On the morning of her last day with us, we started at Dutch Bros for some coffee. I talked with a female individual with pixie length brown hair (I’m not sure of their pronouns) and another female with should length (?) red hair. They mentioned my dog and for some reason, I just let it all out. I told them that this was Bella’s last day and I was crying so hard. The brunette offered a hug but I was a mess. Haha! The red head started crying as well. They gave Bella the most glorious pup cup in history and made me feel a little better. The care and compassion of these people will never be forgotten and I’ve told so many people of how amazing they are. I’ll always be grateful for this interaction.
